Prerequisite: (R) (W) 3 CREDITS Art History Survey I is a study of the arts, artists and their cultures from Prehistoric through the Early Renaissance. The student will analyze the artistic styles and identify visually the style, its time, its characteristics and the artists important to that period. The student also will analyze the social and art issues which led to the development and evolution of art styles throughout history.
