  • This undergraduate course examines corporate governance, business government relations, the impact of economic and social change, organizational ethics, and the political role of business. It considers the measures business may use to anticipate and provide appropriate responses to changes in public and government expectations while defending legitimate business interests Note: In the B.S. Business degree programs, this course fulfills the Ethics requirement. It can apply as an advanced-level business elective or upper-level arts and sciences elective in the Humanities. For associate degree students in the Business programs, BUS 323 fulfills the Ethics requirement and applies as an arts and sciences elective in the Humanities. For students in the Liberal Arts degree program, this course applies as an upper-level arts and sciences elective in the Humanities. In the associate degrees in nursing programs, BUS 323 applies as an arts and sciences elective in the Humanities.
