Circuit characteristics and the use of Kirchoff's voltage and current laws to calculate voltage drop, current and resistance. Operation and use of specific meters. Includes an introduction to the National Electrical Code (NEC). Prerequisites: None.

  • Introduction to AC and DC motors, relays, transformers, power measurements, National Electrical Code, ladder logic, wiring, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Lecture and lab combination.
