Introduction to basic theory of accounting, knowledge and skill in journalizing, posting, adjusting and closing entries, preparing statements, work sheets, inventories, depreciation, and notes. The course emphasizes financial accounting. Suggested prerequisite: ACNT 1303 or high school bookkeeping. Three hours lecture and three hours lab per week.
