  • Presents an overview of computer information systems. Introduces computer hardware, software, procedures, systems, and human resources and explores their integration and application in business and other segments of society. Discusses and applies the fundamentals of computer problem-solving and programming in a higher level programming language. NOTE: A grade of of "C" or better is required in this course to transfer to a university. (3:1).
