ENMU-Ruidoso Branch Community College is a comprehensive two-year college offering Certificates of Completion, Associate of Science, Associate of Arts, and Associate of Applied Science degrees.   • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    Degree seeking students are encouraged to apply for financial aid by completing the ENMU-Ruidoso Scholarship Application and/or the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov . Appointments for assistance in completing the FAFSA are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-2pm at the ENMU-Ruidoso Student Advising Center, 575-257-2120 or 800-934-3668.
  • Tuition and Fees:
    Students living within ENMU-Ruidoso’s college district (Ruidoso Municipal School District) pay $31 a credit hour. Students who do not live within ENMU-Ruidoso’s college district pay $40 a credit hour.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Students with fewer than 30 hours of college credit who transfer with a passing grade in freshman level courses in English and mathematics are exempt from those portions of the placement test, but will be required to take the reading portion of the test.
  • Official Transcripts:
    An official high school/GED transcript is required verifying graduation, unless transferring 15 or more hours (60 if seeking financial aid) from an accredited institution. Official transcripts from all previous colleges attended are also required.
