Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Transfer students with 24 or more semester credits are eligible to be candidates for admission if they have a cumulative college GPA of 2.0 or above and are in good academic standing with their most recently attended school.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Your official high school transcript is required, as well as official transcripts from all institutions attended.
  • SAT Scores:
    Official ACT or SAT scores are required.
  • Essay:
    An essay is not required.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $20 application fee (not needed if transferring from another regental institution within the last 3 semesters).
  • Interview:
    An interview is not required.
  • Other Requirements:
    A copy of your immunization record is required.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    All undergraduate transfer courses and all transfer grades (whether the grades are passing or not passing) must be recorded and an equivalency specified by the Regental university, calculated into grade point averages.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Total transfer credit for work at a junior, community college (2 year), and/or two-year technical college may not exceed one-half of the hours required for completion of the baccalaureate degree at the accepting institution.
