Located on 222 acres of rolling terrain in Randolph, County College of Morris (CCM) has been meeting the educational and training needs of residents and businesses in Morris County for 50 years. Founded in 1965, the college first opened its doors to students in 1968 after Henderson Hall, the first building on campus, was completed. The first class consisted of 592 full-time and 703 part-time students. Enrollment grew quickly and now CCM graduates more than 1,000 students each year.

  • Accepts Transfers:
    CCM welcomes transfer students. Applying several months before the start of the semester is recommended as it will help you be able to register for the courses you want.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    If you attended another college and wish to transfer credit, official college transcripts are required. Students that have earned a college degree may submit their college transcript in lieu of their high school transcript for testing exemptions.
  • SAT Scores:
    Standardized test scores are required for the purpose of testing exemptions.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Courses completed at a regionally accredited college or university, with a grade of C (2.0) or above will be evaluated for transfer of credit provided the courses are applicable to the applicant’s program at County College of Morris (CCM).
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Transfer students must complete at least 30 credits total and at least half of the credits in the major at CCM to receive a degree. Additionally, at least one half of the credits for a certificate must be completed at CCM.
