Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    Official transcript(s) of all college work to date, and an official high school transcript or GED are required.
  • SAT Scores:
    Standardized testing (SAT, ACT, etc.) is not utilized in the transfer application process. Students whose first language is not English must submit the TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo or PTE.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Faculty recommendation (1 required, 2 recommended)
  • Essay:
    An essay or personal state is required.
  • Interview:
    Interviews are not a required component of the admission process at Conn, but they're an excellent opportunity to add depth to your application.
  • Other Requirements:
    A College Report and Mid-Term Grade Report are required.

  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A maximum of 64 credits may be accepted for transfer. You must complete 64 credits in residency at Connecticut College to earn a bachelor's degree.
