Information for Transfer In Students

• Accepts Transfers:
  CTX accepts transfer students who meet our admissions criteria. Transfer credit is given for courses that support the liberal arts framework of Concordia University Texas in which a grade of "C" or better is earned.
• Degree Completion Programs:
  RN to MSN program

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  Concordia University Texas requires a minimum GPA of 2.0 for transfer. Students who fall below the requirement will be evaluated by the Office of Admissions and may still be eligible for provisional admission to Concordia.
• Official Transcripts:
  A student with less than 18 earned college hours must send official transcripts from High School and each college attended. A student with more than 18 earned hours must send only transcripts from all colleges attended.
• SAT Scores:
  If you have less than 18 earned hours, you are required to submit your ACT/SAT scores.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  Concordia University Texas does not publish a requirement for letters of recommendation.
• Essay:
  Concordia University Texas does not publish a requirement for the submission of an essay, nor does it ask for one with your application.
• Application Fee:
  There is a $25 nonrefundable application fee.
• Interview:
  Concordia University Texas does not publish a requirement for a personal interview.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Only courses with a minimum earned grade of "C" are considered for transfer.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  A transfer student is any student who has college experience and has at least 18 transferable hours.
