Transfer Application Requirements

• Official Transcripts:
  Arrange for official transcripts from former institutions to be received by the Admissions and Records Office prior to being admitted. Transcripts are considered official only when received electronically, through the mail, or in a sealed envelope.
• Other Requirements:
  All new COM students under the age of 30 must submit evidence of being immunized against meningococcal meningitis.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Courses with a letter grade of “C” or better transfer with the corresponding number of semester hours.
