    Paying for college can seem overwhelming and confusing sometimes. What you don't often hear is how a private college education can be more affordable than a public university.     Your official transcript from high school (or official GED scores) are required, as well as official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
  • SAT Scores:
    Not published.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    One academic letter of recommendation is required.
  • Essay:
    An essay is required.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $30 application fee.
  • Interview:
    An interview with the Elms College transfer counselor is required for all applicants with the exception of students applying for the nursing program. The college does not conduct individual interviews with nursing applicants.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Transfer credit can be awarded for courses which students have achieved a "C" grade or better. Courses required for the nursing major must have a grade of "C+" to be accepted for transfer credit.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    It is possible to transfer up to 75 credits from other institutions towards a bachelor's degree, and 30 credits towards an associates' degree for 100-level or higher courses completed within the last 10 years.
