  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    All students enrolling or wishing to enroll in an academic program at Marin may apply for student financial assistance. Eligible students receive funds from a variety of federal, state and community programs to help cover school and living expenses.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Have a college grade point average of 2.00 or higher (2.40 for non-California residents) in all transferable college units attempted.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Transfer students to the California State University must submit official transcripts directly from all colleges/universities previously attended. If transferring with less than 60 transferable units, applicants must submit high school transcript.
  • SAT Scores:
    Lower division transfer students will be required to take the tests if they are not exempt based on their SAT or ACT scores.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Must be in good standing and are eligible to re-enroll to previously attended institutions.
  • Application Fee:
    Application fee (non-refundable) of $ 50.
  • Other Requirements:
    Upper division transfer students who have completed English composition and college level math courses with a grade of C or higher are exempt from the English Placement Test (EPT) and the Entry Level Mathematics Test
