Clinton Community College, a member unit of the State University of New York, is situated at Bluff Point, approximately 4 miles south of Plattsburgh, NY. Clinton Academy is a learning community of traditional age students who have just graduated from high school and will be attending a 2- or 4-year college in the fall. This program is designed as a transitioning tool, and will provide advanced skills for college success.

    If you apply online on our website, the application is free. The SUNY application has a $40 fee.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Grades of ā€œCā€ or better will be transferred in to CCC.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    The amount of transfer credit accepted varies according to the curriculum requirements of the program; however, in every case a minimum of fifteen (15) credit hours must be completed at Clinton to qualify for a degree or certificate.
