Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  3.00 cumulative on a 4.0 scale
• Official Transcripts:
  All official transcripts are required.
• SAT Scores:
  SAT or ACT scores are required for the AA and BS degree programs.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  One letter of recommendation is required for the Doctor of Chiropractic program.
• Essay:
  A personal statement of motivation, essay, is required for each applicant for the Doctor of Chiropractic program.
