  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    Students receiving a Federal Direct Loan will receive a Disclosure Statement from the Federal Loan Origination Center for each new loan. The disclosure statement will provide comprehensive information about the types of loans, loan amounts, the loan period, and anticipated disbursement dates. Save every Disclosure Statement for reference.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    A minimum college grade point average of 2.00 is required of transfer applicants.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official transcripts from previously attended institutions are required of all applicants. Only if applicant has fewer then 30 credits hours is a copy of their official high school transcript needed.
  • SAT Scores:
    Standardized test scores are recommended of some students and will be notified if needed.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Statement of good standing from prior institution(s) is required of some students and will be notified if needed.
  • Essay:
    An essay or personal statment is recommended of some students and will be notified if needed.
  • Application Fee:
    $35 application fee.
  • Interview:
    An interview is recommended of some students and will be notified if needed.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    The lowest grade earned for any course that may be transferred for credit is a C- or higher.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A transfer applicant must have a minimum number of 15 credits completed or else must apply as an entering freshman. Maximum number of credits or courses that may be transferred from a two-year institution is 62 and from a four-year institution is 90.
