Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Aid can come as scholarships, grants, loans and student work. Applying for Federal Financial Assistance is as easy as filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will go to fafsa.ed.gov to complete your application. If you do not have computer access, computers are available Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Financial Assistance Lobby area, 301 North Shepler.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  You must have made satisfactory progress (an average grade of "C" or better or met Cameron's retention standards, whichever is higher) in the institution from which you plan to transfer.
• Official Transcripts:
  Request an official transcript from every institution you attended and send to Cameron University's Office of Admission. A high school transcript may be required of some applicants.
• SAT Scores:
  Official standardized test scores may be required of some applicants.
• Essay:
  An essay or personal statement is not required.
• Interview:
  An interview is not required.
• Other Requirements:
  Request a transcript evaluation by calling Toll Free 1-888-454-7600 or 580-581-2289, if all your transcripts have been submitted.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  The minimum grade that may be considered for transfer credit is D.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  The maximum number of lower division hours transferred from non-baccalaureate degree granting institutions which may be applied toward baccalaureate degree requirements is equal to the total hours required for the degree less 60.
