  • Accepts Transfers:
    You must have earned 60 or more transferable semester or 90 quarter units to be eligible for transfer admission.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Fresno State will admit undergraduate applicants who meet the minimum CSU requirements and have GPA of 2.00. Transfer applicants who are non-California resident must have a GPA of 2.40 or above.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official college transcripts from all previously attended institutions are required. A high school transcript may be required of some applicants.
  • SAT Scores:
    Standardized test scores may be required of some applicants.
  • Other Requirements:
    A statement of good standing from previously attended institutions may be required of some applicants.

  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A maximum of 70 credits may be transferred from a two-year institution. You must complete 30 credits at Fresno State to earn a bachelor's degree.
