Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Have a grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or better in all transferable units attempted.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official college transcripts are required. If you are a transfer student with fewer than 90 transferable quarter units (60 semester units) you must also file one official transcript showing courses and grades earned during high school.
  • SAT Scores:
    If you have fewer than 90 transferable quarter units (60 semester units) you must submit ACT/SAT scores . If your high school grade point average is at least 3.00 (3.61 for nonresidents) the test score requirement will be waived.
  • Application Fee:
    The $55 admission application fee, but it can be waived.
  • Other Requirements:
    Be in good standing at the last college or university attended.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Transfer applicants must have grades of C or higher to be considered as transferable credit.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Have completed 60 or more transferable semester (90 quarter) units. Have completed at least 30 transferable semester (45 quarter) units of college coursework in oral & written communication, critical thinking, and Math / Quantitative Reasoning.
