Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Use school code 003351. Transfer students are offered merit scholarships up to $17,00 per year based on high school and/or college academic records. Scholarships are renewable for each subsequent year of full-time enrollment for students who meet academic standards for renewal.
• Tuition and Fees:
  Average Total Tuition & Fees: $21,702/semester | $43,404/academic year. Students are responsible for the cost of textbooks, supplies, transportation, personal expenses, and any additional program or course-specific fees.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  A minimum 2.2 GPA in previous college work is required for transfer admission consideration. Specific majors may require a higher GPA.
• Official Transcripts:
  Official college transcripts are required. Submit the transcript of courses taken to be evaluated for transfer credit to the academic programs at Cairn.
• SAT Scores:
  Cairn University is “test-optional.”
• Essay:
  Submit the personal testimony of trusting in Jesus Christ as Savior, and how that has impacted your life and made you excited to study at a place like Cairn University (500 word minimum).
• Application Fee:
  $25 non-refundable
• Other Requirements:
  By submitting an application, students acknowledge the University’s doctrinal position and standards of conduct as outlined in the Statement of Faith and Community Life Covenant.
