Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Students who have completed credits at another college or university with a minimum grade point average of 2.0 may apply for advanced standing admission to the College.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official college transcripts are required. If you have less than 25 credits, a high school diploma and official transcript or a GED transcript with scores are required.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $70 non-refundable application fee.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    All courses for which a student has earned a grade of "C" or better at a comparably accredited institution will be considered for transfer. "C" and "D" grades from other CUNY units may also be transferable.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A maximum of 30 credits may be transferred toward an associate degree. A maximum of 90 credits may be transferred toward a Baccalaureate degree.
