    All students who apply for admission will automatically be reviewed for scholarships based upon the content of their completed application materials. If you are eligible for scholarship assistance, you will be notified in your admission letter. To be considered for additional assistance, please complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) no later than March 1 of the year for which you are requesting assistance.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Transfer applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 to be considered for admission. Many programs require a 2.5 or above.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official copy of all college transcripts must be sent to Bradley directly from the college or university. Your official high school transcript is required if you have not completed 15 transferable hours.
  • SAT Scores:
    Students having completed less than 15 semester hours must submit ACT or SAT scores.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    A letter of recommendation is optional but encouraged.
  • Essay:
    Please provide a brief statement highlighting how you became interested in Bradley University and your proposed area of study. Also, a short statement explaining any special circumstances that you would like the admission committee to consider.
  • Other Requirements:
    New transfer students are also required to submit a Dean’s Recommendation Form to be completed by college/university personnel from the most recent institution of attendance verifying continued good standing in conduct and judicial matters.

  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A maximum of 66 semester hours of credit will be accepted from accredited two-year colleges. Unlimited credit may be accepted from four-year institutions.
