Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    There is a minimum 2.50 cumulative college grade point average for admission consideration.
  • Official Transcripts:
    An official transcript and class ranking from your high school (not needed for transfers with more than 30 credits),as well as official transcripts from all colleges you have attended. List of courses currently in progress is also required.
  • SAT Scores:
    Your SAT, ACT, or PSAT scores are required.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Contact information for an academic reference and a spiritual reference is required.
  • Essay:
    A completed personal statement (essay) is required.
  • Other Requirements:
    A signed commitment to A Covenant for Life Together is required.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Only courses in which students earn a grade of C or better may be transferred to Bethel. Courses taken pass/fail, credit/no credit, satisfactory/unsatisfactory do not transfer.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Of the last 35 credits taken to complete a degree at Bethel, at least 28 must be taken at Bethel.
