Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Whatever your financial situation may be, Barclay College hopes to make it manageable for you to become a part of our community. As a student, you could be eligible for a tuition scholarship, Federal Pell Grants, and/or loans.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  Not published.
• Official Transcripts:
  Official transcripts of all high school and college work previously taken for credit are required.
• SAT Scores:
  Not published.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  As part of the application process to Barclay College, you are required to have 2 personal references. Please ask your pastor or youth pastor and teacher, counselor, or employee to complete one. Please do not ask relatives to be a reference for you.
• Essay:
  There are essay questions required on the application.
• Other Requirements:
  Please include a photograph of yourself. This will be placed on the “New Student” Prayer Board so that the current students and faculty can get acquainted with the incoming students. (This is optional)

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Credits are accepted for relevant subjects from accredited members of ABHE and from other schools accredited by recognized institutional and professional agencies on the basis of the equivalency for work of a C grade or higher.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  Final validation of transcripts of transfer students from non-accredited schools will be withheld until satisfactory completion of approximately 30 semester hours at Barclay College.
