Founded in 1958, Athens Technical College is part of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) and has four campuses located in Walton, Elbert, and Greene Counties, with the main campus in Athens. Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    Students must provide transcripts from all colleges or universities attended for evaluation of credit and for admissions acceptance. Official high school / GED transcripts are required if you earned fewer than 30 semester or 45 quarter credit hours.
  • SAT Scores:
    If you have not successfully completed college level English composition and college level math at your previous institution, you must take the ACCUPLACER placement test and/or turn in SAT, ACT, ASSET or COMPASS scores.
