Arkansas Tech University is a public institution of higher education offering credentials at the certificate, associate, baccalaureate, master, educational specialist and doctoral levels. It was founded in 1909 as the Second District Agricultural School and its Russellville campus conducted its first day of classes on Oct. 26, 1910. The priority deadline for spring is December 1. The priority deadline for fall is April 1. Students may apply after the priority deadline in the event that funds are still available.

Transfer Application Requirements

    A cumulative GPA of 2.0 is required.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Submit official transcripts from all regionally accredited colleges and universities where you have enrolled. If you have fewer than 24 college credit hours, then we also need your final official high school transcript.
  • SAT Scores:
    If you have fewer than 24 college credit hours your ACT, SAT, or ACCUPLACER test scores are required.
