  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) online. The ASU federal school code is "001090". The priority deadline for completing the FAFSA is February 15th. The A-State Transfer Scholarship provides up to $4,000 annually split between fall and spring semesters. It provides and additional $1000 annually for students transferring with an Associate degree from an A-State system campus.

    A-State’s 2+2 transfer program makes the transition from two-year colleges to A-State simple. Our goal is to give you a clear path to complete your four-year degree at A-State.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    You must have a cumulative 2.0 GPA on ALL transfer work.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Request official transcripts from the colleges you have attended. An official high school transcript may be required of some applicants.
  • SAT Scores:
    Standardized test scores may be required of some applicants.

    C is the lowest grade earned for any course that may be transferred for credit.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Baccalaureate degree candidates must complete a minimum of 32 semester hours through A-State to earn your bachelor's degree.
