Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended are required.
  • SAT Scores:
    Submission of standardized test scores is optional (unless required for application to an externally-linked academic program).
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    An Advisor or Faculty Recommendation is required.
  • Essay:
    A personal essay is required on any topic that will provide insight into an your personality, traits, or overall background.
  • Application Fee:
    There is no fee to apply.
  • Interview:
    For applicants to the Theatre, Musical Theatre and Creative Arts In Therapy programs an audition or portfolio review is required.
  • Other Requirements:
    Portfolio review or audition (visual & performing arts applicants)

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Courses with a letter grade of "C-" or better will be accepted.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    Sage will accept up to 66 credits from a 2-year institution and up to 90 credits from a 4-year institution (or a combination of both).
